3.1 Subscription Structure

Each Nebulink subscription plan includes the following components:

• Service Access: Specific API endpoints and data modules (examples include social-media metrics aggregation or public-web search analysis modules)
• Rate Limits: Maximum number of requests allowed per minute, hour, or day to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage
• Request Quota: Total number of API requests included in your billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)

3.2 Custom Plans

Standard subscription tiers are displayed on our website. However, if your use case requires higher limits, additional endpoints, or specialized features, you may request a custom plan by contacting admin@nebulink.tech. Custom plans are subject to separate pricing and terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Quota Overages

If you exceed your subscription's request quota, API access may be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle or until you purchase additional credits. Nebulink will notify you via email when you approach or exceed your quota limits.

5.1 Trial Access

Nebulink offers trial access to new users upon request. To arrange a trial, contact admin@nebulink.tech with details about your intended use case. Trial terms (duration, quota limits) are determined on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate nature of API services and instant access to data, all payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service through trial access or documentation review.

5.3 Exceptions

Nebulink may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: Prolonged service outages (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that prevent API access and are not caused by third-party platform changes or force majeure.
• Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions. Report such issues to support@nebulink.tech within 7 days of the charge.
• Service Misrepresentation: If the service materially differs from what was described in our documentation at the time of purchase.

5.4 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support@nebulink.tech with:

• Your account email and subscription details
• Transaction ID or invoice number
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

5.5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@nebulink.tech. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No charges will be made for subsequent periods
• No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
• Unused API credits remain available if you reactivate within 90 days

5.6 API Credits

Purchased API credits (beyond subscription quotas) are:

• Non-expiring: Credits never expire and remain in your account
• Non-refundable: Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded to cash
• Transferable: Credits can be used across any Nebulink API endpoint
• Account-bound: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

5.7 Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback initiated by a payment provider, Nebulink reserves the right to pursue recovery of the charged amount. Users who initiate chargebacks may face account suspension or termination.
